Bought a 5-hour tour for my best friend and her now-husband as a wedding gift. They told me it was secretly their favorite gift and still can't stop talking about all the amazing things they did, saw and learned on the trip. They both recommend treating yourself to the 5-hour tour which includes a lobster lunch at Beale's...SO worth it! The owner Claire worked with me to set up a special champagne presentation for the lunch, too, and made the tour unforgettable. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thank you, At Your Service!
Do you want a fair cab company? One that charges you the same fare for going the same place from the same place? (I mean, that should be obvious). One whose drivers will offer you the correct change irregardless of fare...and one who will make an immediate effort to resolve issues with you - whether it be price disputes/change disputes (like I mentioned above) or other customer service issues? Don't use this cab company if these are things you're looking for. The problem was so horrible that I had to go over their heads to the BBB, and even then - they responded by lying to the BBB and I still could not get the problem resolved! So if you value a fair price and your dollar - DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE.
At your Service was great! I believe that Jeff? helped us out. He picked us up all the way from the Bangor airport and brought us back to Bar Harbor and showed us around the town. He gave us a lot of tips and ideas on things to do in town. I would Definitely recommend them!

Bar Harbor Taxi Tours were extremely helpful and courteous. Our private tour was planned to our groups needs and on the day of the tour the staff catered to our changing schedule. Due to fog the tenders were cancelled with only half the group ashore. This did not phase the company at all, they very patiently waited for two hours (without charge) to verify if the tender service would resume, then continued the tour with those present but remained in contact with the ship. As soon as the tender service was resumed later in the day the driver returned to port to pick up the remainder of the group and continued with the tour. Well recommended.
